The transportation and shipping costs of the acquired machinery will be the responsibility of the buyer.

HEMS is not responsible for delays in the delivery of machinery due to causes beyond its control.

Any dispute between buyer and seller must be resolved directly between the parties, without intervention from HEMS.

The prices of machinery are subject to change without notice, so it is recommended to verify availability and current prices before making a purchase.

HEMS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to periodically review updates.

HEMS reserves the right to cancel a transaction if irregularities are detected in the purchasing process.
